How it works

Three simple steps to your next driver

  1. 1

    Tell us about your game

Eight questions. No swing speed or launch monitor numbers.

  2. 2

    We work out your spec

Flex, loft, weight and the things that affect the shot you actually hit.

  3. 3

    See what's for sale

Current used listings ranked by fit. Equal fits put the cheaper club first.

Here's what that looks like for one golfer

Their answers
  • Right-handed
  • Aged 65 to 74
  • Carries it 180 to 210 yards
  • Low ball flight
  • Tends to slice
  • $100 to $200
Their spec
Senior flex · 13.5° to 15.5° loft · Draw bias

These are affiliate links: if you buy, eBay pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes the ranking. Results are ordered by fit, and where drivers fit you equally well, the cheapest one comes first.

Why your driver might not be working

It's probably the club, not you

  • The driver that fit at 55 may fight you at 65.

A shaft that is now too stiff. A loft that is now too low. A head that is now too heavy. Each one quietly costs you carry.

  • The model name doesn't tell you what you're buying.

The same model can ship with different shafts, lofts and weights. The Callaway Max D came with either a 40g or a 65g stock shaft, under one name.

  • The sole of a modern driver with adjustable weights, resting on the grass beside a tee

    Why used makes sense.

We checked 466 used senior-flex listings in October 2026. Last year's premium drivers were listed at about half their launch price.

Why trust the ranking?

Our ranking weights are published, and among clubs that fit equally well we show the cheapest first.

We may earn a commission when you buy through a link, and it never changes which club ranks higher.

How we rank

What this can't do

A launch monitor and a good fitter can measure things eight questions cannot. If you have access to one, that is the better fitting method. What we can do is make the used market far less blind.

Golf swings change. Your gear can too.
